We look forward to your visit on our website and want you to be informed not only about our services, but also about our data processing procedures on our websites. The following information is intended to inform you about our practices regarding the collection, use and storage of personal data.


Usage data

The following usage data is collected and stored automatically on our web servers:

  • the page where the file was requested from
  • the name of the file
  • the date and time of the query
  • the amount of data transferred
  • the access status (file transmitted, file not found)
  • description of the type of browser

The IP address of the computer is not stored.


Use of etracker / Cookies

Conergy uses etracker as their service provider for collecting data for marketing and website-optimisation purposes. With these data pseudonymous user profiles can be created (cookies may be used). Cookies are small text files that are stored locally in the cache of your web browser. As a user you have the option of setting your browser to accept cookies, to delete them automatically when the browser quits or to reject cookies generally. Our websites can be used without cookies.

The collected data will – without your approval – not be used to personally identify you as a visitor to this site. Also the data will not be linked with personal data about the bearer of the pseudonym.


Right to object

According to § 15 (3) of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), you can object to the above-described creation and use of pseudonymous user profiles. In this case, please direct your objection via e-mail to our Privacy Officer (see below). To realise your objection technically, it is necessary to save a "defence cookie" on your computer.


Contact requests

Personal information you provide via the "contact us" facility will solely be used for that purpose, namely, to contact you.

If you want to take part in our professional counselling, we would like to share your information within the Conergy Group and its companies. Herefore, we need your consent, which, of course, you can revocate at any time.


Security of your data

We use up-to-date technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss or destruction, against access by unauthorised persons.
